Kazak carpet (warp, weft and wool pile), South Caucasus, circa 1930-1970 H. 291 cm - L. 107 cm AC The rug is embellished with numerous polychrome eight-branch hooks on a red background. An ivory border with a succession of multicolored geometric motifs is framed by two counter-borders. Slight wear, fraying, accident at one end and damaged selvages.
