JAPAN, 19th century Set of four kozuka, two in copper (suaka), one with incised and inlaid shakudo decoration of a bird on a pine tree, and the other with a rounded end decorated in relief with a lobster, partly gilded, the third in shakudo with relief decoration, partly gilded, of a peasant behind his horse in a rice field against a nanako background, the last in copper alloy decorated with a crane in flight facing the moon.
