H. 54.5 cm - W. 39 cm Exhibition: "Les Rippl-Ronaï d'une collection privée", Paris, Institut Hongrois, exhibition April 5 - May 2, 2005. This still life is a fine example of the "corn kernel" period. The painter applies square brushstrokes, lines, dots and flat areas of color delineated by reserves to the cardboard, enhancing the visual and structural power of the work.
