FRANCE, early 20th century 4th Algerian Tirailleurs lieutenant's kepi belonging to Binet du Jassonneix In azure and madder blue cloth, embroidered number, ranks and Hungarian and chinstrap, in gold canetille, gilded button marked "légion étrangère", leather visor with initials inside, basane sweatband, Inside silk missing, some wear and tear. This lieutenant died in March 1918
