A handsome publication by the publisher Devambez, illustrated with 16 off-text etchings by EDOUARD CHIMOT in spot colors, and embellished with friezes, culs-de-lampe in black and red, and lettering in red. One of 40 numbered copies on IMPERIAL JAPON containing 2 states of the etchings, the second state with remarks in black, the final state in color and an ORIGINAL SIGNED COLOR CROQUIS depicting a woman's face. A fine copy.
