New edition of Pierre Du Ryer's translation of Ovid's Metamorphoses printed on two columns, one for the Latin version, the second for the French translation. It is illustrated with 124 compositions in the text engraved by Frederick Bouttats, Martin Bouché.... Several pages browned, dark banding at top of volume throughout, 2 pages torn but not missing.
