Marks: a fleur-de-lys (crowned for the city of Lille (from 1785)?), then a crowned date letter (the "I" or "J" perhaps?)
Hauts-de-France, worn in the towns of Le Portel and Boulogne-sur-Mer, among others, late 18th or early 19th century
