Embroidered desk pad, mid-19th century, the top adorned with a large floral cartouche embroidered with glass beads, polished steel beads and gilded pearls in a buff velvet frame decorated with gilded iron friezes. Embossed tan morocco underside, (accidents) 54.5 x 44 cm.
