Important base or altar frontal, early 19th century, lampas with a reseda cannetillé ground, edged and brocaded in green and cream silk with a sinuous network of foliage garlands and bunches of flowers. The upper part underlined by a coordinated scalloped fringe; linen lining trimmed with buttonholes and fastening loops, (a few traces of damp and three small accidents on the lower edge), 103 x 325 cm.
