Elements of an appliqué embroidered bed linen set, France or Italy, second half of the 17th century, light blue and old gold two-tone jaspered damask with Florence fleur-de-lis, embroidered with gros de Tours appliqué of arabesques and foliage scrolls. Lined, (wear and a few accidents). A canted panel of a bed canopy, 156 x 92 cm. Two borders, approx. 180 x 39 cm, Two corner elements, approx. 50 x 50 cm. A scalloped slope, 180 x 23 cm. We enclose an inglenook valance and two curtains in two-tone cream and yellow damask decorated with flowering pomegranate cartouches from the Regency period (reassembled and with traces of damp), 40 x 174 cm and 233 x 26 cm and two 17th-century embroidered documents.
