First French edition illustrated with a folding map of the route and a true bibliophilic curiosity noted by Chadenat: "A very curious peculiarity recommends this book to bibliophiles. It is printed entirely on wove paper, specially manufactured for 20-franc assignats. Each sheet consists of three assignats, the value of which is clearly indicated in the paper pulp...
