DIOCLETIAN 284-305 AD. Aureus, Siscia. His laurelled bust l., wearing imperial mantle and carrying scepter surmounted by eagle. R/ Mars advancing right, carrying spear and shield. Weight: 5.16 g. - D. 21.11 mm. - Cal. 4546. Very rare. Splendid coin with a golden patina and its original lustre. Superb example.
