18K (750°/°°) yellow gold gousset watch, round dial with guilloché gold background (wear and minor soiling) centered on scrolls, black Roman numerals (missing), second hand at 6 o'clock, mechanical movement with key winding (key supplied). Case diameter: approx. 40 mm, the double bowl in 18K (750°/°°) yellow gold. The back engraved with a lakeside landscape surrounded by foliage.
Tête de Cheval" and "Tête de médecin Grec"(3) hallmarks on the case middle.
