Mahogany and mahogany veneer man's powder case with inset marble top; it opens in front with two drawers, one containing a folding easel mirror, the other a writing case with a movable shelf trimmed with green leather; the fluted uprights and tapered legs with sabot and roulette wheel

The rear panel is insolate, one mahogany bracket is missing under the writing drawer and the other needs refixing, slight crazing to the marble.
