In-8 of [8]-142 (of143)-[42]-69 leaves, calf, spine ribbed and decorated (18th century binding).
Printed on 2 columns in red and black Gothic characters. The title is set in a large frame, followed by a full-page woodcut showing King David surrounded by his courtiers and another half-page woodcut of the Crucifixion; the entire text is embellished with a HUNDRED OF SMALL RECTANGULAR woodcuts. Title rebacked, some freckling, missing leaf 137 replaced by 2 blank leaves. Notated music printed in red (USTC 146171, no copy).
