(1530). DU BREUIL (Guillaume). STILUS SUPRAEMAE CURIE PARLAMENTI PARISENSIS ATQUE THOLOSANI...SCHOLIIS PRAETERIA CLARISSIMI VIRI DOMINI STEPHANE AUFRERI. Paris, Galliot Du Pré, Pierre Vidoue, July 1530. In-4° of [12]-223 (mal chiffr 224)-[1] leaves, half brown calf, spine with ornate nerves (19th century binding). This edition, with numerous contributions by G. Du Breuil, Etienne Aufreri, Nicolas Bohier, C. Hugues Descousu, Jean Ferault and Jean Le Coq, served as the basis for a new edition by Du Moulin, published in 1551, on the workings of the Parlement. Gothic 2-column printing, the title printed in red and black is set in a handsome frame of fantastical animals. Title trimmed short at the head with a very small lack, otherwise a fine copy.
