The 3 books are dedicated to Cardinal Giulio de Medici, one of the interlocutors with Frigoso, Strozzi and Carlo Bembo. Bembo defended the Tuscan language used by Dante and Petrarch, and Ariosto revised Orlando furioso according to his precepts. Bound in the sequel by the same author. DE RIME. Venice, G.B.
