Banner of the Fanfare des Abrets in Isère, dated 1882, crimson silk velvet, fine embroidery in filé, cannetille frieze and gold and silver cordonnet. Decorated with a music trophy in a wreath of ivy and garland of fruit; the reverse side features a lyre inscribed don des habitants 1882. Held by gilded metal chains to a shaft enriched with gilded cords and tassels; seven bronze medals are hung in memory of various competitions and events between 1885-1934, (some wear), 120 x 71 cm.
