Two embroidered blouses or jubla, Gujarat, India, late 19th century, the first in fuchsia taffeta embroidered in full chain stitch in cream and black silk with a carpet of stylized flowers, asymmetrical split neckline, (slight fading but fresh colors), the second of the same type embroidered on green satin. A small shawl with floral chain-stitch embroidery is included. 54 x 68 cm
