PARIS Pair of large polychrome porcelain baluster vases on pedestals with flattened bodies, decorated in reserve with birds in gold and silver stippled frames and floral backgrounds. The large handles feature lions' heads with manes. The neck and pedestal with palmette decoration on an almond green background, the rectangular base with relief decoration on four claw feet. Paris, Louis Philippe period H. 37.5 cm - L. with sockets: 27.5 cm BL Missing intermediate element between body and pedestal. Slight wear.
