Double bowl in 18K (750°/°°) yellow gold. The back of the case set with a rosette of rose-cut diamonds (missing 2) and round sapphires (2 missing). Missing the clasp. Late 19th century Marked "Horse Head". Diameter: 23 mm approximately - Gross weight: 12.3 g
