It is decorated with the portrait of Philip II of Spain with his coat of arms, a large folded map of the Netherlands engraved on copper (small tear without missing) and 16 DOUBLE ENGRAVED WOODEN PLATES (The Senate plate on copper (with a part unstuck and small tear), showing the main counties and cities of Holland and Belgium: Map of Brabant, Leuven, Brussels, Antwerp, Notre Dame, Bolduc, Mechelen, County of Holland, Amsterdam, Flanders, Ghent, Bruges, Ypres, County of Hainault, Liege. Endpapers creased, title flying, light spotting on first and last leaves, copy unstuck.
