GALLÉ in Nancy, at the point under the base H. 23,5 cm - D. from the neck: 24 cm E.E. Note: A project, in pencil and watercolour, entitled "circular decoration of corals, shells and fishes", close to the decoration of our vase, is kept in the Émile Gallé Fund at the Musée d'Orsay under the inventory number ARO1986-639 Public collection and related work: A "vase with fishes", with a decoration close to that of our vase, is kept at the Musée de l'Oise MUDO in Beauvais under the inventory number INV95.68.
