ENGLAND, WEDGWOOD Pair of stoneware Medici vases, with double-headed handles of bearded men, decorated with a revolving frieze of dancing goddesses and gods celebrating the cult of Dionysus, in brown relief on a cream background. Below the neck frieze of enamelled brown vines in relief, and cream acanthus leaves. Pedestal with red and black gadroons and on the neck frieze of red and black ovals in relief. Black fillets on the neck. 19th century H. 42 cm MFV Chips under the neck. Handle glued back.
