Dense wood, iron Size 20 x 14 cm Ancient and beautiful "Kankobele" sanza of the Tabwa people who live on the shores of Lake Tanganika, in the southeast of the DRC. The large iron tongues are solidly held by a pressure bar, itself fixed to the monoxyle instrument, the back bridge being dug into the soundboard.
