Two brocades based on emblematic early 15th-century, late 19th-century Italian silks from Lucca, fashioned from blue silk, unbleached linen and silver sorbec on a core of straw thread with subtle wear effects. Similar decorations of chained stags and molosses and confronted fowls set on a hexagonal network of trompe-l'oeil floral braids, 140 x 130 cm.
