Grand mouchoir brodé aux papillons, seconde moitié du XIXe siècle
Fil de main finement brodé au plumetis, point de sable et fil écarté, à décor de fleurs, de souples palmes et rubans en éventail aux écoinçons, petits papillons sur chacun des côtés, chiffre LBN. Ourlé d'une large dentelle aux fuseaux.
Bel état, une pâle tache
Handkerchief of hand spun and woven linen beautifully embroidered in whitework and drawn thread work with floral design, intertwined foliage, palms and butterflies, dating from the 2nd half of the19th cent, border with a deep edging of handmade bobbin lace (very good condition,a light stain)
