Wear, patina, accidents and missing pieces are the characteristics that led our collectors in their choice of specimens, and are the very essence of primitive art. They are therefore not listed at the end of each sheet, except for the most notable ones, but are left to the appreciation of enthusiasts.
Because of their fragile nature, terracotta objects are often damaged, broken and glued back together. They are sold as is.
