PAIRE DE VITRAUX POLYLOBÉS de couleur rouge représentant 3 têtes de chérubins. 36 x 32 cm "The set of 4 « cathedral » glass quarried windows, circa 1936, depict portraits of st. George & St. Michael & narrative scenes from the life of the Christ. They bear the Harry Clarke Studios' hallmarks of ruched necklines, tapering,slightly parted fingers, elaborate headdressess & ciffures, stiff,wet-fold drapery, lacy borders to the titular monograms & sunken eyes. The choice & use of glass, the elaborately lettered monograms, as well as the two narrative panels, & the palely enamelled vesicas a circles around each of the four panels bear the hallmarks of Earley Studios in Dublin, founded in 1864 by Thomas Earley."
