First edition decorated with a portrait of François Péron, drawn 15 days before his death by Lesueur. 2 folding tables in the second volume. Without the atlas. 2 corners dulled, some foxing and foxed pages. The copy is finely bound by Serre, a Parisian bookbinder established under the Restoration. (Fétis, 161).
