Rare tobacco jar In monoxyl and polychrome wood, the lid bears the revolutionary text: "Vivre libre ou mourir" ("Live free or die") and on the front: "Quand les peuples auront supprimé les tyrans le règne de la liberté commenceera et la joie n'aura plus de fin." ("When the peoples have suppressed the tyrants, the reign of freedom will begin and joy will have no end."). On the other side, oak and laurel leaves are carved, framing a sword surmounted by a Phrygian cap in a bouquet of wheat ears. Complete with lid.
