Beginning blank leaf missing, light freckling to title, light banding to inner margin of last few leaves, wetness to last two leaves, last page restored, with lack without affecting text. A rare work. AP Quérard, II,8: The author having indicated in this work the Corsican stones that would best suit the erection of a proposed monument in honor of Louis XVI, the revolutionary government made a crime of him. A large part of the edition of his book was seized in Marseille and delivered to the flames.
