FLORENCE - CANTAGALLI Large ceramic bowl with four wide flattened handles. Iznik-style polychrome floral decoration. The neck decorated with a frieze of tulips and geometric motifs on a blue background, simulated gadroons on the base and friezes of mantling on the rims. Blue rooster mark. Second half of the 19th century H. 44 cm - D. 39.5 cm L. with handles 51.5 cm AJ A few chips. A similar model preserved at Wightwick Manor, West Midlands.
