Set of one painting and five prints including a small painting, ink and colors on silk, showing a fireman on horseback galloping towards a fire, two other currents at his side (unsigned), two ôban tate-e prints from a flower album (Chinka zufu, 1893) by Yamana Yuseki, two triptychs showing large historical or legendary scenes in color by Kita Busei (1776-1856) and an ôban print showing a standing woman, drum in hand, by Ogata Gekko (1859-1920).
Enclosed are four black & white album pages, including two singles, one signed Toyokuni, and two double-pages, one showing a calligraphy scene by Kitao Sekkosai, and the other a landscape with Mount Fuji (from Tokaido Fukei Zukai) by Utagawa Hiroshige (touches of blue), and finally a print (or stamp) of a seated Buddhist monk against a black background.
