REVOLUTION of 1848. Set from Richard Philippe Petitjean-Boussin (1785-1861), deputy of Saône-et-Loire (April 1848-May 1849). - Constitution of the French Republic preceded by reports and decrees relating to it. Paris, imprimerie nationale, 1848. One volume in-folio, bound in dark blue hardback (wear, spine partly torn off). Nominative copy with this inscription in gilt letters on the upper cover: "PETITJEAN / REPRESENTANT DU PEUPLE / (SAONE-ET-LOIRE)". Joined a printed 16 pp. in-8: "National Assembly - List of the fifteen committees formed in execution of Article 10 of the rules of the National Assembly - (third edition) - October 1848". - The people's representatives 1848. Collection containing 37 engraved portraits (protected by serpents) of the main representatives (2 are dedicated to Petitjean-Boussin), mounted on tab. In-folio, ½ green basane (rubbed). - Medal of the National Assembly of 1848, nominative, "R. P. Petitjean (Saône-et-Loire)". Provenance: Deputy Richard Philippe PETITJEAN, then by descent, Lyon.
