Lyon, Storck, (1890). 2 volumes in-4°, bound half chestnut chestnut with corners, spine ribbed with gilt lions, preserved cover (contemporary binding). Nice print with all the pages in a red frame. Very numerous illustrations in and out of the text, including 18 tabbed plates in the first volume, with the portrait woven on silk by the students of the Ecole Municipale de Tissage de Lyon of Mr. Carnot, President of the Republic; and 30 in the second volume which is quite complete with the 2 plates of silk samples from the Voland house.
